Our upgrade of the Master Tour cloud is now complete. Mobile and Desktop users will need to upgrade to the latest versions in order to continue syncing, which are available via the app stores or at https://my.eventric.com/.

We have completed applying the necessary updates to the Master Tour cloud and are verifying everything was applied successfully.

During this time, we will be applying server updates to prepare for Master Tour 3. Master Tour Desktop and Mobile will not be available for syncing throughout the maintenance. We encourage mobile users to preload any necessary tour data needed during this window. Following the maintenance, Master Tour Desktop users will be required to update to the latest version of Master Tour 2 which paves the way for version 3's release. Feel free to subscribe to receive updates of our progress and notifications when the system has been restored.
